• Implement New Release & Catalog strategies by: localization of artworks and creative assets, Marketing plans execution (4P), coordination with local creative and media agencies, and coordination with International
• Optimize releases on digital and physical
• Optimize cross divisional synergies and territories synergies (France & Benelux)

Detailed Job Description

• Participate in marketing plans execution in accordance with Warner Home Video France & Benelux budget and international, on Sell-thru market. Identification of Digital opportunities
• Provide analysis, recommendations and rationales for release timing, pricing, advertising and promotion for local & international marketing and local trade & sales department
• In charge of title artwork localization and POS (Point of Sale) materials
• Implement consumer marketing actions (advertising campaigns – creative & media, leaflets…). Follow up with creative agencies and media buying agencies
• Liaise with the trade marketing department if specific trade promotion

• Liaise with all Warner Home Video departments (Sales, Operations, Research, Creative Services, Technical Ops, Finance, Legal, Publicity) by tracking and reporting project status

• Liaise with European production team : volume projections, menu & artwork checking

• Competitive titles marketing strategy analysis

Personal Skills

• Bilingual Dutch/English and fluent in French
• Very good functional/operational skills: ability to manage several projects on different genre (New Release/TV/Catalog)
• Strong Strategic marketing skills
• Excellent analytical skills, good-level presentation and good communication skills
• Strong social media interest
