For our office in Paris, we are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Coordinator.   

As an Operations Coordinator you are “the spider in the web” of all on-going operational issues within our company. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the employees at the frontofffice (frontdesk, check in of guests), houskeeping and maintenance. You also make sure the apartments satisfy the standards. As an Operations Coordinator you are enthusiastic, inspiring, practical and an expert in organizing. To be service minded and have a well established feeling for hospitality are important requirements. You have excellent communication skills and will be the contact for our clients. As an Operations Coordinator your goal is to maintain a smooth and always improving daily operation.

Desired Skills & Experience

The succesful candidate:

• Is an expert in organizing and managing, takes responsibility towards clients and personnel
• Is service minded and has a positive attitude
• Is result oriented and & independent in decision taking
• Is pro-active and takes initiative in establishing improvements
• Is native or  better then B2 in French and fluent in English
• Has affinity with small maintenance and digital appliances
• Has an affinity with styling and decoration of apartments
• Experience or a study in hospitality is a large advantage
• Is in the possession of a driving license and is not afraid to drive a scooter in Paris
• Likes to work in a fast growing, entrepreneurial organization
