Senior accountant – Brussel/Belgie - ENG/NL

Les responsabilités principales sont :

 Comptabilité Générale :

• Saisir des écritures dans le système comptable pour les entités NL du Groupe.
• Etre garant du bon déroulement des processus de saisie et réconciliation
• Vérification des écritures AP et Banques avant centralisation
• Assister mensuellement avec l’analyse et la documentation des soldes des comptes du bilan et P&L
• Assister au reporting mensuel
• Clôture fin du mois
• Reporting HFM
• Assister au préparation mensuelle des contrôles FMC (Financial Management Control) pour les agences.

 Divers :

 Etre le point de contact pour les agences en cas de questions et demandes d’analyses

• Etre le point de référence pour les comptables juniors en cas de questions sur la comptabilité
• Contribuer au coaching permanent des comptables juniors
• Assister les comptables AP et Banque en cas de besoin de ressources
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus comptables
• Tâches ad-hoc

 The Candidate:

Bachelor in accounting  and administration

• Extremely organised and structured
• Strong communicator
• (Solid track record in Financial controlling of a multi-entity organisation preferably in a SSC environment)
• Experience NL GAAP
• Experience of working within, and preferably the establishment of, Shared Service Models and Environment. Including the management of some of the inevitable stresses and strains on senior relationships that go with that is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be an asset

For senior role

• Solid track record in Financial controlling of a multi-entity organisation preferably in a SSC environment
• Experience IFRS .
• Experience of management and motivation of staff

 Working location : Temporarily in Paris for 4 to 5 months, then Brussels.

Contract: CDI (Contract voor onbepaalde tijd) – French contract for first 5 months possible, then Belgium contract.

Salary: 40-45k€ brut/year (negociable)
