Key Account Director (EN/FR and Dutch preferred)
Position based in Paris, France with regular business trip to Belgium and The Netherlands

Objectives:
Leading Analysis, Marketing projects and promotional action plans supported by a team dedicated to a major DIY retailer based in the Nederland and Belgium; you are the key partner internally and in relationship with our customer. Your scope is both on project management and marketing services:
• To develop the turnover and a long term relationship with this retail group.
• In close collaboration with your colleagues in the office you will work on bringing the full, true value of our offerings all around the client departments.
• Bring business opportunities to the Office Team and assist them with the right execution. You are a talented manager, able to mobilise the right skills and competencies, you organise the daily activity and develop the team potential.
Understand and coordinate client needs and identify how we could help them driving their own business.
Responsabilities:
Sales and Marketing relationship to the retailer group:
• Together with the team, you put in place the right marketing strategy and ensure the appropriate set up.
• You are responsible to develop the activity goals, in line with our sales strategy.
• You ensure a Client coverage
• You give appropriate advice to the retailer group in order to reach their loyalty customer goals based on our tools and methodologies.
Management :
• You identify the key contacts through the organisation
• You give the right tempo on the daily activities, ensure that they make good use of the internal resources
• You encourage sharing best practices
• You provide the tight reporting to your management
Background and Experience:
• Master degree in Business and/or Economics in addition to Marketing
• At least minimum 5 years working experience in the retail or CRM industry (retailers, manufacturers, marketing services, …)
• Experience in statistics and/or Database marketing are a big plus.
Key Skills:
• Customer and market analysis
• Ability to communicate easily at all levels
• Ability to bring in ideas, relevant and efficient marketing advice
• Leadership
• Sales skills
• Organisation
• Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, good knowledge of French is a plus
