Job offer: Customer Service Representative (Hotline) for Netherlands (Grenoble, Isère) m/f

Since its creation in 2006, Spartoo.com has doubled its turnover every year. In 2011 Spartoo reached 100 million euros. Spartoo.com is present throughout Europe with local dedicated platforms in France for the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Poland….

In the context of the expansion of our activities in Netherlands, you will be working in a company of human size (staff of 150) located in Grenoble, France where you will be based.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for customer relations: answering calls related to their orders based on Spartoo.nl, answering questions before purchase, solving post-sales issues and following up on the commercial operations. You will also be required to translate information from French to Dutch.

Interest in Fashion/ Footwear is a plus.

Background

Sales and/ or Communication Degree ( Equivalent to Baccalaureat +2/+3).

Experience

2-5 years experience in a Customer  Service Department / Hotline

Languages

• Dutch as a native speaker
• French, conversational

Proficiency in the use of Internet tools

Working hours

35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
