NPS Diesel BV is among others distributor of John Deere, DAF and Doosan engines which are used in a wide variety of branches. Our Zenoro generators for superyachts are designed and built in-house by NPS Diesel in The Netherlands. After sales services are supported both via the distributors and dealer network and from our main headquarters in Ravenstein, in the south of The Netherlands, or from our local Antibes establishment in France.

The function:

We are seeking an enthusiastic accountants and office assistant to join our team in Antibes. In this interesting and varied role you will be responsible for the day to day cash accounting, banking, support fixed assets reporting and general accounting support. You also provide support to the operational managing director, which also include some back office services.

Some duties and responsibilities:

• Managing the (in-house) finance administration in co-operation with the accountants department in Pontchâteau.
• Creating purchase orders and purchase invoices as well as service invoices.
• Administer and monitor the personal expenses system
• Answering phone calls and supporting clients.
• Assisting in marketing projects and organizing small business events.
• Support the operational managing director in a variety of ways including ordering groceries and office supplies, arranging accommodation and car rental for guests from abroad, and performing other tasks as required.

We are looking for:

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of book-keeping and knowledge in using various accounting software. You have the ability to work within tight deadlines and manage your own workload. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is also essential! You have an excellent oral and written command of the English language. Knowledge of the Dutch language will be considered as an asset.
