Under guidance of a project manager and a senior CMS Manager, the CMS Manager will be part of a large team in charge of delivering a global platform to some of our large clients. The platforms are both developed and maintained by DigitasLBi France. The management of the localized sites is done through Adobe Experience Manager (CQ5) CMS.
Main Mission
- The candidate will be required to work daily with AEM, editing and viewing the built pages.
- The CMS Manager will be in charge of building the internationalized websites, minisites or campaigns pages, based on an existing Master version (templates) built by Paris team. It requires that the CMS Manager be at ease with browsing localized sites, manipulating large volumes of translated contents (copy, assets). English and Dutch are the mandatory working languages.
- The main task is injecting contents into Adobe AEM CMS. None or little HTML coding is required
- The CMS Managers must understand how a Content Management System works, and the site’s architecture (how pages are organized in AEM), in order to be able to browse the CMS in search for pages or contents to be reused for their tasks, based on the Master structure
- Manage client requests such as updates on monthly price offers and updates on campaign landing pages
- Follow up on KPIs and suggest optimizations
- Attend client meetings

Profile
- Fluent English reading and writing skills and mothertongue Dutch are mandatory
- Experience in digital
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop (i.e. change text and prices in images)
- Webmastering or CMS Management prior experience, ideally Adobe CQ4 or CQ5
- Experience / training in project management is a plus
