The Nits and The Mad Trist at Europavox Festival

Europavox is a global and multiform project entirely dedicated to the promotion of European musical diversity.

Its ambition is to speak about Europe in a positive way, with a people's approach and prouve that "unity in diversity" can apply to young europeans in creative and federative fields such as music.

Since 2006, the festival has been held every year in the region of Auvergne, in Clermont-Ferrand, with many different actions:

LIVE MUSIC, with a main event bringing together more than 60 concerts and 20 000 people for a festival in Clermont-Ferrand in May and other concerts organized for special occasion. Artists from the whole Europe and of all music genres (rock, electro, hip-hop, world…) perform during these events.

PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS, where actors of European music industry can exchange and collaborate in order to facilitate the circulation of European artists

SYMBOLIC OPERATIONS, amongst which the Ambassadors: 54 young Europeans (2 from each country of the Union) are invited to spend a week of festival together.

In 2010, the festival is celebrating its 5th borthday and will place a special focus on Spain throughout the festival.

Over the last years, 238 artists or bands of 32 different nationalities have already played in several Europavox events.
