Personal space development, protecting and strengthening your physical and emotional boundaries through equine therapy.

Everyone has an area of personal space surrounding their entire physical body. This comfortable “bubble” size may vary in individuals and within different relationships.

Horses mirror your behaviour which is a fantastic help in better understanding yourself.
With the horses we will see our personal space and how to expand it so that we become more aware of our own behaviour and more grounded.

We start the day with a short explanation about the behaviour of horses and people, floor exercises and finally we get to work with the horses. We then do some ‘grounding’ exercises with one another without horses. Once well grounded the work begins with the horses. You will feel the power of your intentions behind your actions and how the horse helps this awareness.
